Please review the following terms governing your stay at Emroz by Kings Resort.

Reservations & Booking
All reservations at Emroz by Kings Resort are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from our reservations team via email or phone.
Guests must provide valid identification at the time of check-in. Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar card, passport, driving licence, or voter ID) for Indian nationals, and a valid passport with visa for international guests.
Room rates quoted are subject to applicable taxes as per government regulations prevailing at the time of stay. Rates may vary based on season, availability, and room type.
Check-In & Check-Out
Early check-in and late check-out requests are accommodated subject to room availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are encouraged to inform the front desk in advance of any such requirements.
The minimum check-in age is 18 years. Guests below 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Cancellation & Modification
Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in may be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's room rate.
No-shows (failure to arrive without prior cancellation) will be charged the full amount of the first night's stay. The remaining reservation will be cancelled automatically.
Modifications to existing reservations (dates, room type, number of guests) are accommodated subject to availability. Please contact our reservations team as early as possible for any changes.
Payment Terms
Payment for room charges, taxes, and any additional services must be settled at the time of check-out, unless prior arrangements have been made with the hotel management.
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Cash (Indian Rupees)
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
- UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Bank transfers (for advance bookings)
A valid credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in as security against incidentals and any additional charges incurred during your stay.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to other guests, hotel staff, and the property. Emroz by Kings Resort reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to vacate the premises in cases of disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behaviour.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside guest rooms or enclosed common areas is strictly prohibited and may result in additional cleaning charges.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests are requested to maintain noise levels that do not disturb fellow guests during these hours.
Property & Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property, furnishings, or equipment caused during their stay, whether by the guest, their dependants, or their visitors. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest's account.
Emroz by Kings Resort is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings or valuables left in guest rooms or common areas. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe for securing valuables.
Limitation of Liability
Emroz by Kings Resort shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of hotel services, facilities, or premises, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
The hotel's liability for any claim related to the guest's stay shall be limited to the total amount paid by the guest for the reservation in question.
Privacy & Data
Emroz by Kings Resort collects personal information (such as name, contact details, and identification) solely for the purpose of managing reservations, fulfilling legal requirements, and enhancing the guest experience. Guest information is stored securely and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
CCTV surveillance is in operation in common areas of the hotel for the safety and security of all guests and staff. Guest rooms are not monitored.
Force Majeure
Emroz by Kings Resort shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, civil unrest, pandemics, road closures, or disruptions to essential services.
In the event of a force majeure situation, the hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests, offer alternative arrangements, or provide fair refunds as appropriate.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Anantnag, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
